引领行业发展，富维车轮亮相上海Leading Industry Development, Fuwei

2021年7月7日至10日，富维车轮旗下明星产品参加上海国际车轮工业展览会。本次参展主要展示了公司三个系列最新研发的明星产品。

个性化车轮：通过全新的设计理念，研发乘用车全表面、半表面系列造型产品。造型美观，适应客户个性化需求，成本较铝车轮节约三分之二，使个性化车轮必然取代铝车轮产品，成为客户匹配落地胎的首选。

轻量化车轮：通过与高校、钢铁集团等多家单位联合研发车轮专用高强钢，实现了车轮专用钢材料的新突破。同时利用行业领先的轻量化造型设计，覆盖车轮研发及制造全过程专有技术（发明专利占比30%以上），实现了整车轻量化。其中，飞驰系列轻量化产品，重量在31.5Kg～37.5Kg之间；富兴系列超轻量化产品，重量在25Kg～28Kg（26公斤为目前世界最轻产品）之间。全系列产品均已量产，其中飞驰系列产品已配套一汽解放、福田戴姆勒,出口卡玛斯、奔驰等主机厂。

高端化车轮：富维车轮分公司自主研发新材料的加工工艺，推出全新系列高端车轮，全尺寸系列产品涵盖直径16～18英寸,大尺寸T型备胎钢轮系列产品涵盖直径18～20英寸。目前全尺寸17英寸车轮是国内首个通过德国大众双轴试验认可的产品；大尺寸T型20英寸车轮是国内首款一汽奥迪国产化产品。乘用车钢车轮是红旗、一汽大众、一汽奥迪唯一供应商，丰田、长城的主要供应商。

From July 7th to 10th, 2021, Fuwei Wheel's star products participated in the Shanghai International Wheel Industry Exhibition. This exhibition mainly showcases the latest star products developed by the company in three series.

Personalized wheels: Through a new design concept, we have developed a series of full surface and semi surface styling products for passenger cars. Beautiful appearance, adaptable to personalized customer needs, and cost saving two-thirds compared to aluminum wheels, personalized wheels will inevitably replace aluminum wheel products and become the first choice for customers to match floor tires.

Lightweight wheels: A new breakthrough in wheel specific steel materials has been achieved through joint research and development of high-strength steel for wheels with universities, steel groups, and other units. At the same time, utilizing industry-leading lightweight design and covering the entire process of wheel research and manufacturing with proprietary technology (invention patents account for more than 30%), the entire vehicle has been lightweight. Among them, the Feichi series lightweight products weigh between 31.5Kg and 37.5Kg; The Fuxing series ultra lightweight products weigh between 25kg and 28kg (26 kg is currently the lightest product in the world). The entire series of products have been mass-produced, among which the Mercedes Benz series products have been matched with FAW Jiefang and Foton Daimler, and exported to host factories such as Camus and Mercedes Benz.

High end wheels: Fuwei Wheel Branch independently develops new material processing technology and launches a new series of high-end wheels. The full size series products cover diameters of 16-18 inches, and the large-sized T-shaped spare tire steel wheel series products cover diameters of 18-20 inches. At present, the full-size 17 inch wheels are the first product in China to pass the dual axle test certification of Volkswagen in Germany; The large-sized T-shaped 20 inch wheels are the first domestically produced product of FAW Audi in China. The steel wheels for passenger cars are the only supplier to Hongqi, FAW Volkswagen, and FAW Audi, as well as the main supplier to Toyota and Great Wall.
